What were Looking for

Waving Paws Walker Duties:

• Walk dogs of various breeds and sizes in a safe and responsible manner
• Follow specific client instructions regarding walking routes, feeding, and care
• Ensure dogs receive proper exercise and socialization

• Monitor pet behavior and report any concerns to the owner
• Clean up after dogs during walks and dispose of waste properly
• Provide water and occasional feeding as instructed

• Use GPS tracking apps (if required) to log walks for clients
• Communicate with pet owners about their dogs’ activities and well-being
• Handle multiple dogs at once if required.

• Ensure adherence to local leash laws and pet safety regulations

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior experience working with dogs is preferred but not required
• Comfortable handling dogs of all breeds and sizes

• Ability to walk and be on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy

• Must be comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Access to a smartphone for communication and GPS tracking
• Knowledge of basic pet first aid is a plus
